Sun Flight Shop offers products and services such as seat reservation, additional baggage and boardmenu, which you can conveniently book online. We would like to point out that we can only offer this additional service (seat reservation/ catering on board/ additional and sports baggage) in connection with a Sunexpress Airlines/Pegasus Airlines/Freebird Airlines flight. If there is a rebooking, we will not offer you a replacement service for this but will refund you the amount as quickly as possible and in full.
Seat reservation service is available only for Sunexpress Airlines/Pegasus Airlines/Freebird Airlines. The following terms and conditions apply to seat selection which is paid in advance:
Any passenger who is allocated or selects an emergency exit seat must have sufficient mobility, strength and dexterity in both arms, hands and legs to assist in an evacuation. Passengers who are not willing to assist flight crew in the event of an evacuation should inform cabin crew or ground handling staff who will allocate alternative seats. Seat rows around emergency exits are not given to the following people:
If necessary, the Cabin Crew or ground staff may change the seats of passengers whose do not fit the requirements needed to sit in an emergency seat. In such a case, the reservation fee will not be refunded.
The baggage allowance to be carried free of charge is clearly indicated on the Voucher (the ticket issued).
Carriage of any baggage that is in excess of the baggage allowance granted for the passengers, or of any
special baggage shall be subject to surcharge. Excess baggage allowance or special baggage (golf bags, etc.)
allowance may be purchased through this website for any excess baggage in excess of the baggage allowance as
indicated in the contract of carriage.
Charges are payable for the carriage of special baggage. This
includes sports equipment (golfing and diving equipment, bicycles, body boards, surf boards, skiing
equipment etc.). Cancellation of excess (extra) and special (sport) baggage and refund are not possible.
Special meals must be ordered with all the necessary clarifications (e.g., diabetic hot meal or breakfast, child hot meal, low lactose meal etc. Sun And Fun Holidays does not guarantee to load special meals reserved less than 24 hours before the departure time and in any unexpected operational reasons. Cancellation of meals and refund are not possible.
Passengers may carry small quantities of liquids in separate bottles or packages, each of which may have a
capacity of not more than 100 ml. These small bottles and packages should be packed in a single,
transparent, re-sealable plastic bag, which itself should not exceed 1 liter in capacity (approximately 20
cm x 20 cm). The contents of the plastic bag must fit comfortably, and the bag should be sealed. Each
passenger may carry only one bag of liquids. The bag must be presented for examination at the airport
security point. Liquids that do not fit inside the re-sealable bag should be packed into the hold luggage
and checked in.
'Liquids' include:
Duty-free articles purchased at airports may be carried on board in a sealed bag if they are accompanied by a receipt bearing the date of the flight. These items must be sealed by the duty-free sales staff. If purchased goods are opened and used before reaching the destination, or if the purchase receipt cannot be produced, then the authorities may confiscate the goods.
Essential medicines and baby food may be carried in larger quantities than the 100 ml limit but will be subject to inspection.
Each passenger is restricted to carry only one item of hand luggage (in addition to the re-sealable liquids bag) through the airport checkpoint. Due to Covid 19 measures on our flights: for all fares, cabin baggage is limited to 1 piece of hand luggage (max.55x40x25 cm) and 1 piece of personal equipment (small handbag /baby bag, briefcases or laptop) (max.40x30x15 cm).
Laptops and other large electrical items (e.g., hairdryers) need to be removed from hand luggage and will be screened separately. A laptop bag is considered as one item allowed in the cabin.
